Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Unicard Plus mobile application and related services. Unicard Plus is a product of Unitecloud Services LLP. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Use of Service

You may use Unicard Plus for personal or business contact sharing. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes and to comply with applicable laws when sharing or storing contact information.

Authentication & OTP

Unicard Plus may require you to verify your phone number or authenticate your account using one-time passcodes (OTP) sent over SMS. By providing a phone number you consent to receiving SMS messages for verification and authentication purposes. We may use third-party SMS gateways or Firebase Auth to deliver OTPs. Message delivery cannot be guaranteed by Unitecloud Services LLP — mobile carriers may delay or block messages and standard carrier SMS charges may apply to you.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the application and its content are owned or licensed by Unitecloud Services LLP unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unitecloud Services LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.
